Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to competitions and services operated by ECM Collectables Ltd (company number 17170378), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. ECM Collectables Ltd trades as "ECMafia" and "Eccles Cake Mafia" at ecmafia.co.uk.

All references to "we", "us", "our", "ECMafia", or "Eccles Cake Mafia" in these Terms refer to ECM Collectables Ltd. We run skill-based prize competitions in accordance with UK competition law.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to enter any competition.
• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• Employees of ECMafia and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• By entering you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements.

• All competitions require answering a skill-based question correctly to enter.
• The skill question ensures our competitions are not a lottery under UK law.
• Entries are only valid once all required information has been submitted and payment received.
• There is a maximum number of tickets per person per competition as stated on each competition page.

You may enter any competition free of charge by sending your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to:

Your postcard must include:

• Your full name
• Your full delivery address
• Your email address
• The name of the competition you are entering
• Your answer to the skill question

• Each free postal entry must be submitted and posted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will count as a single entry only.
• Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
• Your entry must be received before the competition closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.
• We will not acknowledge receipt of postal entries or confirm whether your answer is correct.
• If all paid tickets sell out before your postal entry is received, your entry cannot be processed.
• Free postal entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

• Ticket prices are clearly displayed on each competition page.
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.
• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled by us.

• Live Draw competitions: a winner is drawn randomly from all valid entries on the stated draw date. Draws are conducted live on our Discord server and are independently verifiable.
• Instant Win competitions: winning tickets are pre-assigned randomly before the competition opens. You find out instantly whether your ticket is a winner.
• In line with CAP Code rule 8.17.4.e, ECMafia will only amend a competition's published opening or closing date where circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control make it unavoidable, and where the change would not disadvantage entrants already participating under the original terms. Any such amendment will be published on the Website before it takes effect. We do not extend deadlines to chase more entries. Once the timer is set, it stands.
• If a competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund.
• The draw result is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

• Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw.
• Winners have 14 days from notification to claim their Prize and confirm delivery details. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or has not claimed within this window, the Prize will be forfeited.
• Where a Prize is forfeited, an Alternate Winner will be selected at random, using the same method as the original draw, from the remaining valid entries received before the Closing Date that correctly answered the Competition Question. Each Alternate Winner has 14 days from notification to claim, and this process will continue until a Prize is accepted. When the call comes, answer. The prize doesn't wait.
• Winners may be announced on our Discord server and social media. By entering you consent to your first name and ticket number being published.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Prizes will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at entry within 7 working days of the winner being confirmed.
• We are not responsible for prizes lost or delayed due to courier issues once dispatched.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of entry.

• We collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address solely for the purpose of administering competitions and delivering prizes.
• We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
• If you opt in to marketing, we may contact you about future competitions and drops. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the competition process will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entry we believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECMafia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in our competitions. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the ticket purchased.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at ecmafia.co.uk/tcs.html. Continued participation in competitions following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
