Who We Are

Eccles Cake Mafia was founded by collectors, for collectors. We saw a gap in the UK Pokémon TCG scene — overpriced products, unfair raffles, and communities that didn't put their members first. So we built something better.

ECMafia is a skill-based competition platform where every entry requires answering a Pokémon knowledge question. We are not a lottery or a game of chance — our competitions are classified as prize competitions under UK law, meaning they are legal, regulated, and based entirely on skill.

Beyond competitions, we provide real-time stock alerts across major UK retailers, a trusted marketplace for buying, selling, and trading sealed product, and a growing Discord community of dedicated collectors.

Competition Compliance

All ECMafia competitions are operated as prize competitions under the Gambling Act 2005 (UK). Entry requires participants to demonstrate skill by correctly answering a knowledge-based question. Our competitions are not lotteries, raffles, or games of chance.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter any competition. Proof of age may be requested before prizes are dispatched.

Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate our platform and fulfil prizes. Your personal data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. ECMafia does not store card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
